The approach
Reach the Moisture That Hides
The wet you can see isn’t the problem — the wet inside the wall is. We map it and direct the drying equipment to the cavities and materials that actually hold the water, so nothing gets sealed up damp.

24/7 emergency response
Drying a building is not the same as waiting for it to dry. Water hides in wall cavities, under flooring, and inside framing, and a household fan won’t move enough air to reach it.

The problem
We establish a dry standard for your materials and monitor moisture daily until the readings hit it. That’s the difference between a building that looks dry and one that is — and it’s what prevents mold after the fact.

Why Peniel
Common questions
For a small spill, maybe. For anything that reached framing or wall cavities, household equipment can’t move enough air or pull enough moisture, and the inside of the wall stays wet — which is where mold starts.
Typically three to five days, depending on how much water there was and what materials are involved. We monitor daily and stop when the meters confirm the dry standard, not on a fixed schedule.
Moisture meters and readings against a dry standard for each material. We document the readings, which is also what your insurer wants to see.

A certified technician will assess the moisture, set a drying plan, and give you a written scope and price — no obligation.
